NO: "I don't think motorists should pay additional amounts for big-city, mass-transit inefficiencies. In my opinion, the whole premise of mass transit is beingable to move a large number of people from one point to another using fewer resources and for less cost than if those people traveled individually. If it's functioning properly, it should payfor itself with money left over. If not, something is wrong, and throwing more money at it is not going to fix the problem.
