COMMISSIONER SETS MEETINGS.(CAPITAL REGION)

SARATOGA SPRINGS -- State Tax Commissioner Michael H. Urbach is conducting a series of regional meetings with taxpayers and tax practitioners to hear ideas on how the Tax Department can improve service and make compliance with the state's tax laws easier. Urbach will be hosting a regional meeting in Saratoga Springs on Wednesday. ``When I began my tenure in 1995, we held similar meetings and they were tremendously helpful in formulating goals for the years ahead.
