NSW: The NSW snow report for Monday August 6, 2007

SYDNEY, Aug 6 AAP - The NSW snow report for Monday, August 6:

THREDBO: 5cm of snow has fallen overnight. Cover is light and dry on a firm base. Top
temperature of 1C expected with occasional snow flurries and moderate to strong winds.

All lifts expected to open.

PERISHER: A dusting of fresh snow has added to the good to excellent cover across the
resort with plenty of windblown stashes. Top temperature of 3C expected. Clear morning
with light winds. 50 lifts expected to operate.

SELWYN: A centimetre of fresh snow has fallen overnight. Cover is firm and expected
to soften slightly throughout the day. Top temperature of 2C expected. Up to 11 lifts
are expected to operate.

CHARLOTTE PASS: Dusting of new snow, cover is described as sensational across the resort
with groomed runs and plenty of powder off piste. Light winds, sunny day forecast today.

Current temperature of -1.6C. Snow depth is 146.3cm. Five lifts operating.
